Egg Salad

Often a post-Easter addition to the menu…

6 hard cooked eggs chopped
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup freshly chopped celery
1 T minced onion
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients.

Put on toast or eat however you like.  If covered, this will keep a few days in the fridge.
